Skynet Promises and Daily Apologies = Bad Customer Service Ever

I have always believed using a courier service means speedy service and peace of mind. Only to find that with Skynet, you will wait more than twenty days for a parcel from Cape Town to Witbank. Talk about twenty days...still counting as the days accummulate. I suppose this is meant to take TWO HUNDRED (200) DAYS. QUESTION: How many personal numbers of Skynet employees should one ultimately have so as to have the service rendered. I currently have four and e-mail strings. Everyone apologises and promises me I will definitely get the parcel the next dayo. That's exactly how bad this service is. I'm only a customer with average expectations not a friend. I believe the parcel will be delivered on the 200th day after one Skynet employee gives me Peter's number. To cut matters short; Peter send me you number so that you help me to get parcel with tracking number ********** 50320 delivered in one piece while i'm still alive and sane. SKYNET FAILED ME. I TRUST PETER..
