Skynet poorly communication and poor services

I'm very disappointed with Temu as it is my first time ordering and decided to take my parcel to the most disappointing courier service skynet,I've been waiting for my parcel since from Tuesday till now when I track my status it states no one available/Home,I don't understand how Cos I've been home and no one came even the courier guy does not bother to call me and check if I'm available or not,when I try to call them,they hold my call to "your call is important to us,please wait for the next available agents for hours,I even sent emails no one is answering,I've never been this disappointed.
