Skynet poor service

I upgraded my cellphone and was supposed to receive it before 5pm today. At 16h50 I called customer support as I had not received any calls/updates. They confirmed I would be receiving my package shortly. I checked the Whatsapp update and it now says insufficient documents at 16h42. So I called Vodacom and told them to cancel the upgrade I would rather do it in the store if they cannot change couriers. The only reason for the 1 star is because you cannot choose 0 stars. An absolute disgrace of a company with no communication or accountability.
