Skynet pathetic service

This is the worst courier service i have ever dealt with. The service is absolutely appalling, the staff is so rude that i spoke to. If i could give a minus star rating i would go even lower. Urgent overnight delivery booked gor a very big company as well and 8 days later still haven't received any parcel. Phones does not get answered, emails doesn't get responded too, no feedback is given properly even when i went to the branch. Skynet should be ashamed of themselves for this service and it's not even the first time this happened.
