Skynet pathetic service

My delivery address is to my work location as there is not always someone home. The package was supposed to be delivered there on Friday, the 24th of January.

It was not done and the driver stated the reason that nobody was home. That is a lie because we have security on duty at the gate 24 hours a day. On Saturday I got hold of a woman at Skynet and she said she would pin the delivery to be done on Monday, the 27th of January.

I phoned the company during the day to find out what the story is. Charlene spoke to the driver and he said he should be at my work for delivery at around 4pm. Again the package was not delivered, stating nobody was home. A lie again.

This morning, Tuesday, 28th January, I phoned again to find out what the issue is. Spoke to "charming" Charlene again. She phoned the driver again and eventually she came back on the line. I asked when the driver said he would deliver. She stayed quiet for a few moments and then asked if I'm sure I work were I said I do. I said why would I lie and asked why she asked me that. She just put the phone down in my ear.

I will never ever choose Skynet as my delivery company. The service is atrocious and the staff extremely rude.

I hope I will one day get my package delivered to me.
