Skynet - pathetic
Skynet has to be the most frustrating courier company I have ever had to deal with. After a failed deliver attempt, where no one phones to let you know they are waiting, a new date is established.
The date comes and no one delivered. At 5pm I am advised that the parcel has been delivered. It has not! I have left my home to sit at my place of work to wait for the driver, only to have Skynet stop responding to my messages.
Absolutely pathetic service. A little more effective customer service would go a long way!!!!
