Skynet or DHL
I ship goods on a regular basis, why do Skynet import goods always get stuck in customs, whilst DHL flows through seamlessly and clears customs in transit DHL is more expensive.
Skynet please respond, as customers need to weigh up by paying more and get your goods today, or wait a week or two, and use low-cost Skynet.
Good morning Robert,
All courier companies are dependant on customs. DHL is much larger than us, and thus have tons more volume going through customs than us. It's relative. For example, the repercussions of 100 customs stops a month for us and 100 customs stops for DHL is vastly different.
Hope that answers your question.
Kind Regards
Skynet SA
