Skynet only delivers stress and inconvenience

Terrible service, if you can call it service at all. I paid for the collection of two passports from BLS Spain visa application centre Centurion and delivery to me in Nelspruit; I sent all the required documents authorizing collection by them. Three days later after multiple emails and phone calls, the passports were not collected so now I have to take leave and drive from Nelspruit to Centurion to collect the passports myself. I requested a refund for service not delivered; I'm doubtful that I'll receive it.
