Skynet not reliable and have bad customer service

I am not happy . I did my licence disk with capitec and I was sent a message that I will get my licence disk on the 17 and I been calling and sending emails to their contact centre and still nothing and they promised I would get the disk on the 30 December but still when I track my parcel and my disk is expiring today
