SkyNet not living up to their standards

Skynet picked up a parcel from PAXI on 26.08.2019 Still this packet is not delivered. I spoke to a Amanda lady from Paxi today and she confirmed that the package somehow got lost and was found again. Today is 18.09.2019. Almost a month. This is not very satiffying and definately not enjoying your service

Parcel dropped off at P0674 Pep PTA Quagga centre 26.08.2019 16:07:45 Parcel collected by courier from P0674 Pep PTA Quagga centre 26.08.2019 26:30:12 Parcel arrived at Skynet Pretoria hub 26.08.2019 18:17:22 and it is still in transit
