Skynet none delivery
Skynet was suppose to deliver a new cellphone to me at the end of November 2022.. I have tried to call them on the number provided on the website and still can not get through to them.
A customer care consultant Shardoze Smit confirmed on the 5th of January 2023 the package is still at Skynet's Johannesburg branch and will be dispatched to Port Elizabeth the next morning. Well today Skynet's last reaction was that the package is at the Vodacom warehouse. Who is lying to whom?
