Skynet non delivery

I was told they would deliver a parcel, then advised it was delivered. then I asked to who said a name but meant nothing to me. they said they would log a call. that was on the 4th. Then advised no would deliver on Friday. Called today again 10.02.2028 and told again it was delivered. now they logging a call again that will take 3 days. I just need to know if they going to deliver or give back my money I spent on the items that were in parcel.
