Skynet no service

Pathetic service delivery, cannot get a collection from the same address where the parcel was delivered. I am in Gauteng but they send out couriers to collect in the eastern cape and Kzn. How can you be a courier company when you can't get the province correct? Collection has not been done since September 2024 to date.
