Skynet - NO NO NO!!!
Absolutely terrible!! You have no idea what is happening with your parcel because one day its out for delivery and then the next day it it “on line haul” because they claim you were not there when they tried to deliver, even tough I am at my delivery address everyday from before 8h00 untill after 17h00. THE COURIER WAS NOT HERE. They do not phone or anything. When you try to contact them they do not answer their emails. Then you phone the line just drops. I do not mind waiting if you get just a little response from them. And actually know whats happening with your parcel. But NOTHING?!? We unsatisfied!
