SKYNET NO COLLECTION AFTER PAYMENT

I booked a parcel collection on 9 December and paid online. No collection took place and no waybill or any information was sent. Payment went through and am now struggling to get my money back. Even spoke to a consultant from Skynet before I paid. Now they are not replying to my queries. Be careful of using their services.
