Skynet nightmare!!!!!

What an absolute nightmare!!! Waiting for parcel delivery since 05 December. One cannot get hold of this entity telephonically. Requesting feedback on the website just does not get a response either. I definitely cannot recommend this organisation. Skynet my worst nightmare!
