Skynet needs to shutdown

This is the worst company to deal with. I ordered my license disc using my nedbank banking app. I had no idea that they would use such a useless company to deliver it. I got a sms 8 in the morning saying my parcel will be out for delivery today. I waited all day, bear in mind unlike other professional companies that find out which day you are available for collection so that everything is in order. They just decide on a day for you. Unlike other professional companies that give a delivery time period they just say “today”. 2 pm still no delivery while I’m waiting at home putting off other errands that I need to do. I tried calling waited 10. Mins in the waiting line to be told they can’t get hold of driver. I called again and was told it will be delivered before 5 so I ask what does that mean can I leave and come back 10 minutes to 5 and she said yes. The driver calls me at 16:00 saying his outside I said I’m 5 minutes away he said “I can’t wait that long” and drops the call. I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism. Also no response on their WhatsApp line so useless.I also see how many bad reviews this company has so I wonder why companies will even use them?
