Skynet ****mers

I am so irritated with this pathetic company, i order a parcel, it arrived in Johannesburg 2 weeks ago.. Somehow Skynet managed to change my delivery address to Cape town, i call them everydya, email them everydya and all i get told is thats its being escalated. It is now a month later yet i still havent received my package, and they still tell me the same an thing.

I really hope all people using them will de list them from all networks, the customer service is shocking
