Skynet loses parcel
Think twice before using Skynet to courier your parcels. A parcel was sent to me from Unisa and arrived at the PE branch on 29 March 2016. The book was delivered to my house on that day, but because I was not home it was taken back to their offices. No contact was made with me to establish a suitable time to deliver. Upon calling them to find out when the book will be delivered, and kept being promised that it would be delivered by \the next day\", it turns out that they've lost the parcel!! Apparently a floor search revealed that the parcel is not on the premises. Don't hold your breath waiting for them to follow up with you either -- not only do they lose parcels, they don't follow up with you on what they're doing about it until about the 4th time you've phoned them to ask what's happening. And then they only tell you what they're going to do about it, not what they've done, because they haven't actually done anything! So with my exams around the corner, and me in desperate need of this book, it seems a trip to Pretoria to fetch it myself might be the best option... "
