Skynet lies when they deliver

I was suppose to get my delivery yesterday, they have my correct delivery address and my correct contact number. When track my delivery on their site, it says Delivery Exception: Consignee not available. How wasn't I available, I've been at my house the entire day yesterday, I didn't even receive a phone call from them tell me that they arrived and they don't know where my house is. The service is extremely bad, I've been trying to call them this morning and I've been put on hold for like an hour now. This is extremely bad service I'm truly disappointed at skynet. And on top of that, why did the delivery driver lie and say that I wasn't available to take the package?. Extremely poor from skynet
