Skynet Kimberley USELESS

I don't know why Temu makes use of Skynet... Yes you get dates for delivery, but why do they send msg's out for delivery and just don't deliver. If you call the phone rings for ever and if they maybe pick-up, you get mam your parcel is with a driver and it will be delivered today... once again no delivery... Skynet Kimberley is just useless my parcel is scaned in at the Kimberley branch since 29 January been getting sms's since 2 February
