Skynet is worse than the Postoffice
I purchased items from 4 different online stores on Aliexpress. Orders from 3 of the stores are with Skynet. Skynet contacted me 3 weeks ago on 11 September for the Customs payment, which I promptly paid on the same day. It is now over 3 weeks later and they still haven't given me a reference number to collect the orders from Paxi. The item from the 4th Aliexpress store came via the Postoffice, which notified me 2 weeks ago. I collected from the post office last week.
Skynet is quick to collect money but cannot deliver. The South African Post Office provides a better delivery service than Skynet.

09 Oct 2023, 17:42I received a call from someone at Skynet last week Tuesday with an excuse on their IT systems. She promised to call back the next week.
A week later and no return call as yet.
It is now 1 month since I paid the customs duties and no delivery!
