Skynet is useless

This company gives poor service a whole new meaning. They take up to 2 weeks to deliver. Lie about delivery by saying they attempted delivery and recipient was not available. I know they lie because I live in an estate and according to security cameras they where nowhere near the estate they claimed they tried to deliver. I had no phone call either. When I phone they only pick up after 30 min and always say the driver had a problem. Always the same excuses!!
