SkyNet is USELESS

Hello, I just want to inform that i have a Temu package ordered and I have to pay taxes and duties on the skynet web. But the web does not work and no one seems to answer phones these days. Honestly the worst customer experience i have ever had. I won't recommend skynet to my worst enemy. I’ve called every possible number no answer, i have emailed them days ago, no answer, THIS PLACE IS USELESS, they probably won’t even see this. I’ve never had this bad experience with any company. No words can describe my hate for SkyNet.
