Skynet is useless and uncontactable

Lol I thought I was just experiencing a random occurrence, but after looking here, it's clear that they don't care about service delivery or their customers.

I get multiple messages per day from these clown, sometimes it says delivery on its way, sometimes it says delivery complete, sometimes it says delivery unsuccessful.

I don't know what to do anymore, calling them is the biggest waste of time. They won't answer!!!
