SKYNET IS U RELIABLE

I renewed my license disc on the natis system, I work in KZN but reside in jhb. It's been 2 weeks waiting for my license disc and I wanted to fetch it personally but I received an sms saying the delivery was 2day but nothing and I am suppose to be in KZN in the morning to report for duty, now I am suppose to drive with an expired disc.
