Skynet is totally useless.

I did four orders from Temu which got bundled into one shipment, for delivery by Skynet. Got a payment link for the taxes, which I paid, and got another two emails over the next few days. Didn't realize it was for the same amount/same order, so I paid it another two times. The fourth time (and the fifth, sixth, seventh) I realized it was links for paid taxes for the same order. So I have been trying to sort it out with them for days, and other than my first email, all further correspondence (to all their email addresses and to whatsapp) has been ignored, no refund yet, and my Temu orders show as 'on hold' because of 'unpaid' taxes (cant get this sorted with them either). And lo and behold, today I get another Skynet email for taxes for another Temu order, that I paid yesterday already. My only other experience with Skynet has been a few months ago, when I stayed home all day for an 'out for delivery' parcel that came two days later. Most useless company on the planet.
