Skynet is the worst shipping company

I ordered things from the UK and paid an extra ?35 for express delivery which meant my package would be in my hands in 3 days after ordering. Although my package has arrived in South Africa I haven't received any communication from Skynet about my package despite me calling them every single day to find out what's going on. The consultants are unbelievably unpleasant and rude. I've just had a bad experience with Skynet all in all and I would never recommend someone to carrier they're goods through them.
