Skynet is the worst courier with no customer care service

Worst courier company I have ever come across. There is literally no one who picks up the phone, ever! They say that my package has been delivered... where??? First they say that there was no one available to receive the package and then the next day it is delivered but no one at my work knows about anything. I have ordered from Temu many times, and they always use Buffalo, never had a problem. Now this package they decided to use Skynet... So sad. I am going to try request for a refund because I can not get through to these *****s.
