Skynet is the worst courier with no customer care service

Worst courier service in the world and THEY DONT EVEN CARE! License Disk takes MONTHS to be delivered. Emails are ignored, phone calls aren't answered and all you hear on the call the WHOLE time is "your call is very important to us, please wait for the next available agent" PATHETIC!! I dont understand how companies keep using them for deliveries! Their business should close down!
