Skynet is the worst courier, the worst

These guys are the worst ever. 3 weeks they've had my parcel without communication, they don't call, they don't answer their phones, they don't respond to WhatsApp. Finally I got them yesterday and they promised to deliver today. It's almost the end of the day I've been sitting at home and they still haven't delivered. Service providers should just not use skynet, ever, they are bad for business.
