Skynet is the worst courier services with an unprofessional and stinking service I have ever seen

I renewed my car disc with capitec and I received waybill number from Skynet,i put in my wife's number to phone when they deliver as I will be at work ,I also put mine just in case they don't get hold of my wife and eversince we received an sms that the disc will be delivered Wednesday the 7th of may,eversince we have been waiting,when I try to track my Parcell it says they can't get hold of us,which is a lie,I have tried to phone them and their phone just rings and no answer,I have send email and still no help from them,my disc has expired and I can get hold of Skynet

I send them multiple emails,even asked them to give me their address in Rustenburg so that I can collect the disc myself still nothing from them except empty promises of saying they apologise and they will deliver my disc.

I have used courier services before and I never had a single problem with them and they always delivered my parcels in time,Skynet is the worse courier I have ever seen
