Skynet is the worst

I received a sms on Wednesday 6 May stating that my parcel will be delivered before 5pm. On Thursday morning I followed up with Woolies who are the sender, only to find out that the parcel was signed for, but nothing was delivered to my house. Tried calling the Skynet number on the sms, only to find out it is the incorrect number. Phoned 3 times, holding for more than 15 minutes each time and then being cut off before the person could resolve my query. The parcel is worth more than R4000 and Skynet will have to account for this.
