Skynet is taking forever to deliver my order

Skynet Worldwide Express is taking forever to deliver my package while I'm 15 minutes away from they're company. The last time I got an update was on the 16th of April 2024 until today I see no progress. I've been waiting patiently for this package from the 30th of March even now I still haven't received my order. I don't understand why is it so hard to just deliver my package.
