Skynet is real ****mers

Cell c send my headsets and smart watch to Skynet to get delivered to me over a year ago. they are real ****mers. all they say is that they tried to deliver to my address. without calling me or anything. this happened 3 times, when I call they say they tried to deliver. how do you deliver something to someone without calling them when you outside? i think the staff takes the goods for themselves
