skynet is not delivering my parcel

i am in cape town my parcel was out for delivery Monday 07/09...whole day waited and at 7pm it went back to branch. i called this morning and they said the driver was late it will definitely be delivered today...still no delivery and its 8pm. parcel got to cape town on friday 4th and the driver is just roaming around with it. office staff are just as clueless of whats going on.

i will never use this company for my business
