Skynet is not be trusted to deliver on time.

I still have not received my parcel from Skynet and they had received it on the 1st of September2024. Friday the 6th of September 2024 i called the contact center *** and a lady advised that she will try and get the parcel to me on Monday morning. Yesterday and Today they are not picking up the phone. My car disk is still with them and when track using the waybill number, it is still sitting with them at Elandsfontein office. I paid for the service and their turn around time is 3-5 days on the RTMC system and on their page is 2-4 working days. We are now on day 7 working day, and i have not received anything.
