Skynet is Nonsense
This is a nonsense courier. I received that my order was scheduled to be delivered on Friday 17 March 2023. I cancelled all my plans to wait for the delivery. I did not receive the parcel and Skynet never called or update their tracking system to advice why i did not receive my parcel. I called on Saturday and i was told , i will only get the parcel monday. Monday today 20 March 2023, i called and two skynet call center agents were cutting off my calls. the third agent told me that i will get my package on wednesday. I have never experienced such horible courier service that cause unnecessary delays on delivery parcels. Its better they return my package to the service provider. this is unacceptable and unprofessional

Your services are pathetic. I called saturday , you said the car breakdown that is why i could not receive parcel on 17 March 2023 friday. you said the parcel will be delivered on Monday 20 March 2023. On monday I called you said you will deliver today Wenesday. This morning I called again you said its not scheduled for delivery and you are escalating to your manager. please deliver my parcel. I have never seen such unprofessionalism and i wonder why VOX use such a horibble courier service like you. you have no sense of urgency at all
