Skynet is lost in South Africa

The worst courier company world wide, my parcel was suppose to be delivered, Tuesday 3 September, I did not receive it and phones then in the afternoon, they forgot to send it out, I was told it will be delivered the next day, Wednesday 4 September at 16:00 I phoned again asking where my parcel is, and well they could not get hold of the driver, and would phone me back never happened. Then Thursday 5 September I phoned in the morning just after 09:00, they still cant get hold of the driver, I just phoned again at 15:00 and same story cant get hold of the driver, this is seen as theft, and I will be opening a theft case against the CEO of Skynet.
