Skynet is letting your business down, don't use them
I can't actualy give them a star.
My parcel is out on delivery since Monday. I was promised on Wednesday, my parcel will mos def be delivered. But no parcel was delivered. I followed up again with the call centre on the 12/10/2023 and was promised it will be delivered just after 14:00, it is 15:28 still nothing has been delivered.
I have customers cancelling their orders now, because they think that I'm a ****
Do not use skynet, you will be dissapointed
Their call centre is very helpful. I think the problem is with the ops and the drivers
