Skynet is HORRIBLE & USELESS

If there was a zero rating this is exactly what these guys deserve. They do not respond to emails, calls, WhatsApp. You'll just spend weeks talking to their automated systems. I've been waiting for my parcel for almost 2 weeks now & it's on "parcel packed into vehicle" status they even closed my ticket after 4 days of no response saying the resolution is "out on delivery" but till now no call, no package. They think we're idiots who don't understand how the world works, how can one package be in my area for 2 weeks but not arrive at my doorstep. 😡😡😡

Please 🙏🏽if you value your mental health and sanity don't even think for a split second of using this courier they will frustrate you to the max, like you didn't pay your own money for their services.
