Skynet is dropping the ball.

Skynet has done it again, my vehicle license documents were supposed to be delivered to me by Skynet on Friday 2025-05-02. It is now Monday 2025-05-05 15h30 and still no delivery and it seems to be impossible to get hold of anyone at Skynet. If I track my parcel via their website all I get is "consignee not available" I have not received the parcel, nor have I received a call from the delivery person to say that they are unable to locate me. Upon calling Skynet this morning I was told it is out for delivery today. Upon calling again at 15h00 I was asked if the driver called me and then placed on hold and then the call was cancelled. Every time you call back you have to hold for 15 to 30min and you are one of 50-odd people in line. Via Whatsapp there is no response, via email, I was promised a response within one hour, but still no response. What does one have to do to get a parcel delivery from Skynet??
