Skynet is an absolute **** show

After three attempts to deliver, again, NO DELIVERY!!!

I phoned yesterday to find out the issue – wrong address and definitely not an error made by NEXTUK. I have had many parcels delivered from Next Direct from you guys and this is the first stuff up. Changed the address after an hour on the phone yesterday with you guys, and promised delivery today. Guess what? NO DELIVERY! Shocker. Been on the phone with you guys since 4pm (its now 5pm) and nothing - cannot get through to save my life. Oh no sorry, did get through, and then they dropped my call while putting me on hold.
