Skynet is a zero on a contract!

Hectically poor service! I wouldn't even give one star if I had the option. They needed to deliver a parcel that was ordered for my child's birthday. After a week that showed that the parcel is at the depo, I called and they promised me it will be delivered the Friday. Friday I stayed at home the entire day, and no one came. I called on the Saturday, they said they'll deliver it.....nothing came. It was already past my child's birthday and her birthday party that was over the weekend....so had to deal with very disappointed child already. Monday I called Cape Towns branch and was promised again that he will find out why the parcel wasn't delivered yet. I was called back and asked if I will be at home today, as he arranged that for sure the parcel will be delivered that same day, and again I stayed home the entire day. And again my child was full of hope, just to be totally devastated again, as the parcel once again was not delivered! Called again this morning and was told it was definitely arranged that it should have been delivered the day before (just as the Friday and Saturday and Monday that passed already), and once again it will be looked into. So here we sit, yet another day, not knowing if our parcel will ever be delivered. Totally hectically poor service! Would NEVER recommend anyone to use them, instead, I will go far to discourage everyone to use them!
