Skynet is a ****
i ordered a parcel from Shein and the estimated delivery date was the 6th to 7th October 2022. up to now i still havent received my parcel.i tried to col skynet giving them the tracking number last week Monday and they told me the parcel is sitting with Polokwane branch and promised to send the parcel the following day. I still havent received my parcel todate and when i call them they refer me to polokwane branch and their fone is constanly on voicemail since last week Thursday.Kindly assist me get my parcel or refund since i already paid money.my physical adressis 233 Ralph small street Musina Nancefield and my direct number is the tracking number is BUFZA***YQ i am very unhappy about Skynet service kindly assist me

i did get a call yesterday instructing me to col Nhlanhla on ***
it seems as if i am being take from pillar to post
Last week when i called i was told the parcel is in Polokwane and will be sent to Musina i should expect delivery the next day which never happened
I am calling this Nhlanhla guy on the number provided and its going to voicemail
why do i have to go through all this trouble

i called you directly to personnaly give me my adress and you claimed to have updated my adress and promised me that you will deliver in the next day or so
after few days the parcel is now returned to joburg
if you dont want to deliver my parcel take it back to shein so they can refund me because u r clearly failing to deliver
