Skynet is a non delivering courier service

If I could give a 0 rating that would be great, this useless courier has had my parcel from Shein from the 9 December 2025 to date and they are not communicating with me on why I haven't received my parcel yet. I have to e-mailed them only to be answered by a robot on how sorry they are for inconvenience caused but no solution was given.. Skynet I want my parcel please I have been patient enough😡😡😡😡
