Skynet is a **** courier company

One star is alot for this company. Buffalo logistics gave my parcel from shein to be delivered by skynet, they so slow to process orders. Finally when i tracked my package was told it was in a delivery van, when i tracked my parcel yesterday it said 'consignee not available' i dont know how because no driver came or called. Been wasting my airtime calling their call centre to no one picking up, sent emails but no response. Today the parcel tracking says in 'error cage' which i dont know what it means. Please help me get hold of them, its been long now. They dont take people serious. ****!!!
