Skynet is a ****..a **** company ..I will make noise until someone hears me ..people must not use skynet

Skynet received my parcel on the 21st Feb 2025. I received a message on the 27th Feb 2025, stating that my parcel was out for delivery. Nothing was delivered at my house that day. I tracked my parcel online and found that nothing has happened since the 27th Feb. I called skynet on the 05 March 2025 and I spoke to Glydine, she promised me that my parcel was going to be delivered the next day. No delivery came on the following day. I called skynet again on the 7th March 2025, I, again spoke with Glydine, she advised that on their records it says that the delivery guy tried to call me and couldnt get hold of me. I asked when did he call me, time and date, she couldn't give me that information, she then apologised for the delays and told me that they just lie and write, 'couldnt get hold of person on phone',..I .asked her why, and where I can lodge my complaint, she said I can complaint to her...she then said that she will make sure that I received my parcel the next day, but nothing came. I called Glydine again on the 7th March 2025, she told me that she will make sure that I received my parcel on Saturday 8/03/2025. I stayed at home the whole day at home but no delivery was made. Today is 18 days since I made payment and all I have been getting is promises from skynet. I don't know what to say anymore, I am driving around with expired licence, I am getting tickets everyday. I am very angry and disappointed with skynet...skynet is ****
