Skynet is *******

My license disk was order last Sunday on Wednesday the 20th December 2023 i received an SMS that my parcel is out for delivery the whole day went by without delivery. I queried about my parcel on Friday 22 December i was told it is out for delivery the whole day went by i didn't receive anything. In the evening i decided to track the parcel it showed Delivered i tried calling customer service number with no positive feedback. I spoke to Joseph Mo***eng he then told me he will call the driver to ask him about the parcel.

We found out the parcel was delivered at the wrong address and now i have been trying to ask them to fetch it from.that person and deliver to me but no one wanted to assist us.

We were not provided with the address of where it was delivered and we were told to go fetch it ourselves. Both the driver and the Manager Joseph Mo***eng blocked all my numbers. My grace period is over i have to drive to a funeral in Eastern Cape now i can't get this sorted. Natis must stop using these people because these people are *********** they don't know how to do their job, expose this company because they don't care about our parcels they're reckless. Now i must go look somewhere i don't know where to retrive my parcel because of their recklessness. Skynet is bullll**** and it should be closed down. I want my parcel immediately.
