SkyNet - I'm running out of synonyms for AWFUL

I renewed my licence disk through Capitec on the 9th of December. Since then, I received a few messages telling me to await a delivery but it never came. The last time the tracking site was updated was on the 11th of December. I have since found out that there have been three "failed deliveries" in December already. No communication. No notice. Nothing. Mind you, I was at the location on all of those dates and there was no one here. Their WhatsApp line is useless. Their customer service is deplorable.

Capitec, I implore you to PLEASE drop this company.

Whatever you do, never use SkyNet for anything unless you have a desire to work on your patience.
